What the appointment form collects
The form asks only for your name, your phone number and the reason for your visit. It exists for one purpose: so the practice can contact you about an appointment. It is used for nothing else — no marketing, no lists, no sharing with third parties. Please do not write medical details into the form; they belong in the consultation.
Where the form data goes
Submissions are delivered by the website's hosting provider, Netlify, which processes the submission on servers that may be located abroad (including the United States), and are emailed to the practice's inbox. The only stored copy sits in the site's hosting dashboard, where it can be viewed and deleted by the practice. By ticking the consent box before sending, you agree to this processing, including the transfer abroad.
Your rights (KVKK)
Under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law 6698, Article 11) you can ask what data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Write to the contact above and you will receive an answer. If you believe your request was not handled properly, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu).
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no trackers. The map on the Contact page loads from Google only if you tap to open it; until then, nothing is requested from Google. Links to WhatsApp and Instagram lead to those services, which apply their own privacy terms.
